With Constab Engineering Plastics he initiated and coordinated the product and market development of cross-linked HDPE compounds for the plastic pipe and multi-layer pipe industry. He developed and implemented the strategy to launch Silon Compounds as a new supplier of cross-linked compounds in the North American market.
